Letters of invitation required for visa applications can be requested by emailing icadtsconference@t2025.org. Please note that letters will only be sent to those who have registered and paid their registration fee. Please request a letter and apply for a visa on time. Unfortunately, failure to acquire a visa in time to travel is not a valid reason for a refund of your registration fee.

Please read the following terms and conditions before registering for T2025 (in Alcobaça, Portugal.

Registration and Payment

Registration for the Conference is not confirmed until payment has been received in full. Payment must be made in Euros (€).

We accept payments by bank transfers. The registrant is responsible for all Remittance/Transaction charges.

Early bird rates apply until midnight West time on the date specified on the conference website.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the T2025 organisers (registration@t2025.org)
For cancellations made up until 1 December 2024, a full refund minus a 10% administration fee will be given.

For cancellations made on or after 2 December 2024 and until 28 February 2025, a 50% refund minus a 10% administration fee will be given.

For cancellations made on and after 1 March 2025 and until 31 March 2025, a 50% refund minus a 10% administration fee will be given.

No refunds for cancellations will be made on and after 1 April 2025 will be given.

Delegate substitutions are welcome but must be done 45 days before the conference. It will be necessary to be made in writing at registration@t2025.org

Organisers reserve the right to reject a registration if it is found to violate registration rules or to reassign it to another category that they may deem fit.

The cancellation request will be considered according to policy. Payment will be refunded 30 days after the last day of the conference.

All the Remittance/Transaction charges are to be paid by the registrant.

T2025 reserves the right to alter the program design, content and timings.

Changes to the program will not be a valid reason for a refund.

Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

However, we will ask for your flight number and arrival in Lisbon (Sá Carneiro Airport) so that we can provide you with transport options from Lisbon to Alcobaça and back to Lisbon. This will only be possible via Lisbon airport, not Oporto.

Media representatives from both Portugal and abroad are warmly welcome to join T2025. Media participation at the T2025 conference is subject to accreditation.

Accredited media professionals can attend free of charge. Accreditation applications should be submitted by email (registration@t2025.org). Registrations will be verified and accepted by email.

The conference organisers are not liable for any personal accident, loss, damage or theft of private property of registered attendees of the T2025 conference.

Attendees are advised to arrange their own personal health and travel insurance

By registering for T2025, delegates agree that their personal information can be stored and used by the conference organisers for communication-related to T2025 by our privacy policy.

T2025 protects Participants’ personal data and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge and consent to T2025 collecting, processing, and storing their personal data to organise and manage the conference.

The personal data collected may include, but is not limited to, the Participant’s name, contact information, affiliation, and payment details.

T2025 will use this information solely to organise and manage the conference and may share it with relevant service providers involved in its organisation and delivery.

Participants can access, correct, or delete their personal data held by T2025. To exercise these rights or for any inquiries regarding personal data Participants may contact the T2025 at icadtsconference@t2025.org

The Conference organisers cannot be held responsible for any issues or costs arising from acts outside their control, such as terrorist activities, natural disasters, or pandemic outbreaks that may cause T2025 to be cancelled or postponed.

All intellectual property rights in and to T2025 and in the content relating to the T2025 event, including but not limited to any presentations, materials, and recordings, belong to T2025 and /or the respective rights holders.

Participants may not record, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any part of T2025 without prior written consent from the T2025 organisers at icadtsconference@t2025.org

As part of the conference delivery, a photographer and videographer may be present to capture images and videos of the event and its participants on behalf of T2025.

By registering for T2025, participants acknowledge and consent to use their image, captured by the photographer and videographer, in materials used by the Conference on social media and publications relating to T2025.

The use of participants’ images in such materials will be solely for non-commercial purposes and strictly related to promoting the Conference and its activities.

Participants acknowledge that T2025 and its authorised representatives are not liable for any claims arising from using Participants’ images in materials related to T2025

These Terms and the conference shall be governed by and construed by the laws of PORTUGAL.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal
