2 - Another great option is to take advantage of the opportunity offered by the Alcobaça City Council. As a proud partner of T2025, the council generously provides group transfers at fixed times to transport participants between Lisbon and Alcobaça and for the return journey. These transfers are scheduled to align with participants' most common arrival times.

Lisbon International Airport Transfers – Important Information

The transfer schedules provided by Lisbon International Airport to Alcobaça are made possible through the generosity of the Alcobaça City Council. These transfers are an additional servicebeyond the official conference registration conditions.

The transfer schedules have been carefully planned to accommodate as many participants as possible, thanks to this generous initiative. They are based on information gathered from questionnaires submitted before May 10, 2025.

When you arrive at Lisbon International Airport, please allow at least 1.5 to 2 hours to clear airport procedures (including flight delays and unforeseen circumstances). Based on this information, please select the transfer schedule that best suits your arrival time.

For transfers from Alcobaça to Lisbon International Airport, we had planned a total travel time of 5 hours, including 2 hours of travel from Alcobaça to Lisbon and 3 hours before departure(for international flights outside Europe).
