By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms mentioned here, please do not use our site.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use our services, you must be of legal age and have full legal capacity. By registering on our site, you commit to providing true, accurate, and up-to-date information as requested.

3. Intellectual Property

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or use the site’s content in any way without express and written authorization from WACP World Association for Connecting People.
3.2. All intellectual property rights related to the Conference (t2025), including content presented and materials distributed during or in connection with it, belong to WACP, our group entities, and/or sponsors or speakers involved.
•Reproduction of trademarks or materials provided is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
•Any events presented as concurrent or associated with the Conference must receive explicit consent from WACP.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website responsibly and lawfully, respecting the rights and interests of third parties, as well as the integrity and security of the site. Misuse, such as introducing harmful software or attempting unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.
WACP excludes liability for damages or losses resulting from attacks, viruses, or harmful programs that may affect users’ devices due to the use of our website. Users are encouraged to maintain proper antivirus protection.

5. Payments and Services

5.1. Conference Registration
•Registration for the t2025 Conference must be completed through the website and will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
5.2. Payment Methods
•We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods indicated on the website. Details for payment will be provided during the registration process.
5.3. Fees and Taxes
•All registration fees are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges, such as transaction fees, may apply and will be clearly communicated during payment.
5.4. Invoices
•Upon completing payment, participants will receive an invoice via email using the details provided during registration. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the information is accurate.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1. Cancellation by Participants
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the T2025 organisers (registration@t2025.org)
For cancellations made up until January, 15, 2025, a full refund minus a 10% administration fee will be given.
For cancellations made on or after January 16, 2025 and until March 31, 2025, a 50% refund minus a 10% administration fee will be given.
No refunds for cancellations will be made on and after 1 April 2025 will be given.
Delegate substitutions are welcome but must be done 45 days before the conference. It will be necessary to be made in writing at registration@t2025.org
Organisers reserve the right to reject a registration if it is found to violate registration rules or to reassign it to another category that they may deem fit.
The cancellation request will be considered according to policy. Payment will be refunded 30 days after the last day of the conference.
All the Remittance/Transaction charges are to be paid by the registrant.
T2025 reserves the right to alter the program design, content and timings.
Changes to the program will not be a valid reason for a refund.
Delegates are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
However, we will ask for your flight number and arrival in Lisbon (Sá Carneiro Airport) so that we can provide you with transport options from Lisbon to Alcobaça and back to Lisbon. This will only be possible via Lisbon airport, not Oporto.
6.2. Cancellation by Organizers
•In the unlikely event that the Conference is canceled by WACP, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. WACP is not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
6.3. Changes to the Event
•WACP reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, or schedule without notice. These changes do not entitle participants to refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

WACP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our site or services. We do not guarantee the site is free from errors, viruses, or other harmful elements.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of our site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Portugal. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
