Regina Ruivo has a degree in Human Resources Management.
She worked for two decades in team management at TV Cabo, later ZON, applying numerous leadership, motivation and coaching strategies.
She is the CEO of the event organization company It's Happening, where she develops Happy Point—Office of Happiness in Organisations. Happy Point is a service for companies looking to achieve happiness in the workplace.
It's Happening is a dynamic company that is always ready for new challenges, like T2025.
In 2018, she published the book "Happiness at Work - Impact on Organisations" and in 2024, Pain with Humour - In the First Person.
