Her professional and personal career has always been marked by multiple challenges that are constantly intertwined: social responsibility and fostering socio-economic development. She has been an entrepreneur for 42 years, particularly in accountancy, training and business management.

As a manager, she has always believed that strategic vision and leadership skills are essential for embracing and facing new challenges with courage and resilience.

Inácia works as CEO of the company Ruivo, Lda, Informática e Programação Empresarial, and is also a director of the company AGE - Assessoria e Gestão de Empresas, SA. She is also Chairman of the Board of ACSIA - Commercial, Services and Industry Association of Alcobaça and the Leiria Region. At the same time, and as a representative of ACSIA, she was part of forming FAERO - Federation of Associations of the Western Region in 2017, where he is currently vice-president representing ACSIA.

Her dedication to education and training is evident in her role as an ambassador for the Cistercian Schools Qualification Centre and a member of the jury for various training courses. She continues to hold these positions, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to fostering learning and development. She is also a member of the General Council of the Cistercian Professional School of Agriculture and Rural Development (EPADREC).

Inácia is a member of the Organizing Committee for the 2nd edition of the Western Region Business Congress.

She is also a director of the no-profit Association World Association for Connecting People (WACP)
